心を解き放ちましょう！！ 自然の中でリラックスした空間を私たちと楽しんでください！ いろんな分野の方やアーティストが集まります。経験は関係ありません。 コンタクトインプロビゼーションの動きを使ってみんなさんのさまざまな人生を共有しましょう！ その後は、みんなで持ち寄りピクニック！ それぞれ好きな食べ物飲み物を持ち寄り、ワイワイ楽しみましょう‼️ 14時～15:30時：コンタクトインプロビゼーションの基本的な躍り方 15:30時~17時コンタクトインプロビゼーションの即興 + picnic 食べ物を持参し、共有のためにお飲みください、 fee 1500 Yen 待ち合わせ場所：大阪市役所のガーデンの裏側と川の間。 雨でも中止にならない。 動きやすいため、緩いズボンを持ってきてください　（チャックなしのほうがいいです）。 日曜日に来てください！　お待ちしています！ マキシ コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションは体重のやりとりを行ないながら2人～集団で即興的に動く即興（インプロヴィゼーション）の形式です。1970年代にアメリカで始まり、現在欧米では、コンテンポラリー・ダンスを学ぶ振付家やダンサーには必須のクラスとなっているばかりか、セラピストや美術家、さらに一般の人々にも広く親しまれています。 　プロが舞台の上で誰かに見せるために踊る、というだけではなくて、一般の人たちが自分たちで実践して楽しむという側面が強いことが、コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションの大きな特徴です。コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションを行うことを、音楽におけるジャム・セッションになぞらえて、「ジャム」と呼びます。 Since the beginning of the times old traditions including religions , ancient and more modern cultures and societies all around the world are showing us the use of music and dance In the daily life as part as their festivities , ceremonies of all kind , entertainment as well , as part of a path that are seeking for a deeper understanding of themselves and connection with the universe and everything and everybody around . using of music and dance as a way to express feelings in a variety of ways , mind states , ideas or just for physical development too . we know today because of science and also several religious path of the connection between everything in the universe , that everything around is vibrating and that the vibration produce a sound (a frecuency) , so we could say that the whole universe is dancing and singing eternally . even if we don't realize we are dancing and singing with whole humanity and the infinite around . In this dance, contact improvisation , movement approach we explore in a more conscious way the natural flow of the universe in the dance , ourselves and our lives if we want , using elements and techniques from ancient traditions like tantra , Taoism , zen with a modern approach , to experiment and discover by ourselves , how to find the magic in being right here and now and all the possibilities that we have for connecting with ourselves and all around in so many ways , expressing and living this trough our movements , breathing and in this way expanding and contracting , using and observing our senses , and through the use of this tools intenting to achieve the ultimate goal ,which all masters are talking about that is to become master of ourselves . In a palyful and non competitive atmosphere where the teacher is a facilitator and we are all teachers and pupils at the same time creating in this way a never ending source of wisdom with the freedom to give it and receive it .
