10 hours Ladies Technique bootcamp

Hello Zouk and Lambada dancersssss!!!!! In these 10 hours we are going to work deeply on some technique that is very important for any social dance, and of course applying it into the Brazilian Zouk and Lambada. We are going to talk about Balance, Spinning, head mov, how to dance soft and light , how to deffend yourself and much more. Leaders you can also participate in 4 hours as well...It's gonna be very usefull for all the GUYS too!!
