14º WORKSHOP MILONGA SEVILLA TANGO FESTIVAL - 29 FEB - 3 MAR 2024

ESP/ENG Workshop Milonga Sevilla (WMS) es un festival de tango que se celebra anualmente en la ciudad de Sevilla (Andalucía, España) en el mes de Febrero. Consiste en 4 días de talleres y clases magistrales de tango danza impartidas por reconocidas parejas de profesores y bailarines, fiestas de milongas con actuaciones de tango-danza y orquestas de tango o selección musical. Los promotores y organizadores son la pareja de bailarines y profesores formada por Gastón Godoy y Laura Atienza, conocidos con el nombre de Gneracion Tango. WMS nace en 2009 con la finalidad de promover y ofrecer a los aficionados una actividad donde el Tango Argentino es el protagonista. En 2023 celebrará su 14ª edición; su trayectoria y madurez lo lleva a ofrecer a día de hoy un festival que sale de sus fronteras y que permite a visitantes de todas partes poder disfrutar del tango en un marco incomparable como es esta bella ciudad andaluza. It consists of workshops and tango master classes given by recognized professional teachers and dancers, milongas and galas with tango dance shows and live tango orchestra or musical selection. The promoters and organizers of the event are the tango dancers and teachers couple Gaston Godoy and Laura Atienza, known as Gneracion Tango. WMS started in 2009 with the goal of promoting and bringing to amateur dancers an event where Argentine Tango is the protagonist. In 2024 the 14th edition of the festival will be held. Its trajectory and matureness makes it possible to offering today a festival that goes across borders receiving participants from everywhere with the main goal of enjoying tango in an incomparable framework as is this beautiful city of Andalusia.
