Summer still here and we are bringing the latin heat to Clapham North bringing you a FIESTA TROPICAL a blend of latin american rhythms and global beats. A hot latin night full of Salsa brava, Cumbia, Samba, Carnival vibes and Tropical rhythms. Tropical t-shirts and bermudas allowed! Where: Cafe Cairo, a community hub for live music, talks, films and parties in an arty space full of ethnic fabrics, hot and cold drinks, tented garden, banging pizzas and lounge area. Downstairs: DJ Carlitos Nino (Arriba la Cumbia/Latinos in London ltd) from Colombia bringing the sound of "the land of a thousand rhythms" mixed with Tropical sounds from around Latin america via the panamerican highway mixed with London global vibes+ special guests to be announced. Upstairs : Live film projections documenting the story of latin music at the back garden and tent, an open kitchen offering Vegetarian Pizza , Desserts and more...
