Starting November 6th! 1st Fridays Throwback Latin Dance at the Bend 7-7:30 PM Beginners' Lesson Open Dancing with SBLD until 10 PM + Bend Latin DJ until late $15, 21+ Every 1st Friday starting in November, we will be getting back to our roots in the old Vegetable Buddies space in downtown, South Bend. Better than ever, this venue is now the Bend Lounge ]--a beautiful open space with wood floor, full bar, and a great vibe. Happy mems + great improvements = Damn Good Times Ahead 7-10 PM South Bend Latin Dance offers a brief basic beginning dance lesson and open dancing to classic salsa, bachata, merengue, and cumbia. Although not exclusively old school, the focus is on legendary Latin artists from Fania favs to the early hits of enduring musicians.
