We’ll focus on: • Body movement mechanics • Safe and respectful connection • Clear lead & follow communication • Foundations of sensual technique • Musical interpretation • Flow and smooth transitions You’ll learn how to create movement instead of forcing it — and how to make your dancing feel grounded, confident, and intentional. This training is technique-first, consent-aware, and built for dancers who truly want to improve. Expect corrections. Expect growth.
