2 hr salsa intensive with Hurricane Rita

YOU DO NOT NEED A PARTNER TO TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!!!!! I will make you switch lead and follow in order to learn to connect with anyone! You will learn basic salsa steps, afro cuban body movement, leading and following techniques that can be used around the world, turns and turn patterns, musicality syncopations, and fusions. You will have the opportunity to gain confidence on and off the dance floor. You WILL step out of your shell. Classes are Wednesdays from 7-9PM at Vibrant Heart Studio Buzz $10 drop in
