On the 20th of Oct, HeartBeat Dance Tallinn welcomes our deep guy Alex Creek to our event, he has been pulling music for a long time. He is a resident DJ at the legendary HAUX HAUX event series and has been working with ♥ On the 20th, Alex will guide us on the dancefloor with an unforgettable ecstatic dance experience with his ethnic shamanic and deep tribal rythms. ♥ After the dance, we will organise Morning Practice: Mindful Movement, Meditation & Music by Ronski. ♥ Holding space and helping us tune in to the Heart frequency is HeartBeat co-host and legendary teacher, Ronski Kosky! Toomas is our co-host and he is going to bring his very special ceremonial cocoa drink to the table. ◄ The HeartBeat Structure ► — We open the space and gather from 10:00 to 10:15 — A collective warm-up led by Ronski to prepare ourselves for the dance. — The HeartBeat Dance – a collective journey through sound and movement, DJ Alex Creek — After the dance at 12:30 – a workshop of: Morning Practice: Mindful Movement, Meditation & Music to take-away. — Closing circle to meet in togetherness and share our authentic experience. Snacks and friendly connecting as we draw the event to a close. ◄ Core Principles ► —Come as You Are— Heartbeat is a place to feel welcome whatever you're going through, feelings and all. Let's meet in authenticity with everything that is alive in us. No prior experience is necessary, bring your friends! —Cultivating Self-intimacy— Ecstatic dance is an invitation to go deep into feeling and silence the mind. There are areas in the space for sharing and connecting with others, but let's keep the dancefloor word-free. —No Phone Zone— We invite you to leave your digital helpers in your coat or bag, in silent mode, or switched off.
