2nd Saturday CI Skills Class & Jam

It's 2nd Saturday and that means we are offering a CI Skills class before the Saturday Jam! Join us to build your skills and movement vocabulary before flowing into the jam. This month Idelle Packer is offering "Pelvic Center Lab" From Idelle: "We will be engaging in a basic CI exploration of the qualities of tone and flow as we move with a partner. How do you offer an invitation as a base? How do you recognize an invitation for a ride? How do you offer safe support as a base? How do you utilize a platform to fly? How do you move your base of support under or over your partner's base of support? The key is in the pelvis!" Class-only is $10. Jam-only is $5-10. Class and Jam together are $12-20. Please note that all of our offerings are NOTAFLOF. We have to cover rent but want to make learning and dancing CI accessible to all.
