Join us this Friday for the third gathering in our Contact Improvisation series, exploring what we experience as the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation. We will move through two classes with Vitaly and Dimitrije, leading into a 2-hour Harvest Jam, where practice dissolves into dance. What we’ll explore: - Tuning in—listening to yourself, your partner, and the space - Building movement awareness—solo and duet practices - Conversation with gravity—rising, falling, riding momentum - Responding with clarity—moving with awareness and adaptability - Structure and freedom—forms as containers, improvisation as emergence - Balancing effort and ease—inquiry towards your honest flow in motion No experience needed; just curiosity and a willingness to move.
