It is for those who are ready to accept the challenge, move forward, challenge themselves and grow through movement. It will be four intensive weeks to train the body, awaken intention and deepen body expression. It's not just about learning steps: It's about feeling, connecting with your energy and inhabiting movement with awareness and presence.
