6 Jahre Ecstatic Dance Potsdam - Tanzworkshop - DJ Ben Pavlidis

Leute, Ecstatic Dance Potsdam gibt es schon seit 6 Jahren! Im April 2019 fand unser allererster Dance im T-Werk statt... am 7. Mai wollen wir mit euch unseren Geburtstag nachfeiern. Seid ihr dabei? Online findet ihr übrigens auch schon alle Termine bis zum Jahresende... und auf dem Foto seht ihr Kristina und Ben im September 2018 am Tag der Raumsuche für ED Potsdam und noch nicht wissend, wohin diese Reise uns führen wird... Und mit viel Bass, Beatz und Her(t)z. -- Find English below. -- 19:00: Einlass und freies Warm-Up zu Musik 20:00: Gemeinsamer Beginn inkl. angeleiteter Bewegungsübung, gefolgt von der Tanzreise mit DJ-Set von Ben Pavlidis 22:15 Chillout mit Meditation 22:45: Ende Das DJ-Set lädt zum freien Tanzen und Loslassen ein und wird eingerahmt durch ein Warm-Up und eine meditative Endentspannung. 🗝️ Wichtig zu Wissen 🗝️ Beim Ecstatic Dance wird ohne Alkohol, Schuhe, Smartphones, Kameras und Reden getanzt. Tragt am besten bequeme Klamotten, in denen ihr euch wohlfühlt. Gerne könnt ihr auch eine Yogamatte und eine Decke für die Endentspannung und eure eigene verschließbare Wasserflasche mitbringen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es außerdem im T-Werk zu kaufen. Bitte pünktlich da sein, denn wir beginnen den Workshop gemeinsam, damit es ein echtes Gruppenerlebnis werden kann. Es braucht für die Teilnahme keinerlei Vorerfahrung. Wir alle haben unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse nach Nähe, Abstand, Kontakt oder Space. Lasst uns allem Raum geben! Please be in the room at 8 pm at the latest. << 19:00: Admission and free warm-up to music. 20:00: Common start incl. guided movement exercise, followed by the dance journey with DJ Set by Ben Pavlidis 22:15: Chillout with meditation 22:45: End The DJ set invites you to dance, let go and relax and is framed by a warm-up and a meditative final relaxation. 🗝️ Good to know 🗝️ Ecstatic Dance is happening without alcohol, shoes, smartphones, cameras and talking. It is best to wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket for final relaxation and your own sealable water bottle. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the T-Werk. Please be there on time, as we will start the workshop together to make it a true group experience. No prior experience is needed to participate. We all have different needs for closeness, distance, contact or space. Let's give space to everything!
