6 WEEK LINDY HOP COURSES

Throughout the year, we run 6 week Lindy Hop courses at St Columba Church in Moseley! Our Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz classes run over 6 consecutive weeks, and courses run back to back. Next courses start: Thursday 20th February Following courses start: Thursday 3rd April 6:45pm - Level 1 Lindy Hop (beginners) 6:45pm - Solo Jazz (Open Level) 7:45-8:15pm - Practice session 8:15pm - Level 2 (Intermediate) 8:15pm - Level 3 (Advanced) Lindy Hop is a social dance, so you are welcome to sign up as a Lead (traditionally the person leading the dance) or a Follow (traditionally the person responding to the leader) and roles are non-gender specific. We rotate partners throughout the class, so you are welcome to sign up as a Couple or as a Single Lead / Follow - we are a friendly bunch! Between our classes there is a 30 minute free social dance practice session from 7.45pm-8.15pm. This is in the same space that you take your class and an ideal opportunity to practice what you've learnt and meet the dancers from the other classes. This is a free session included in your ticket price. We work hard to keep class numbers even, so if you spot that a role has sold out, sign up to the Wait List and we will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.
