(3 minutes walk) Our recommendation is to stay anywhere you have easy access to the Metro 53. This Metro leaves every 15 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station and have the stops - Nieuwmarkt - Waterlooplein - Weesperplein - Wibautstraat - Amstel - Spaklerweg - Van der Madeweg - Venserpolder - Diemen Zuid - Verrijn Stuartweg - to arrive at metro station Ganzenhoef in 20 minutes. After midnight there is NightBus 357 departing from bus-stop Grubbehoeve going to Amsterdam Central Station every hour.
