8-WK Salsa Bachata Series - Social Dancing Edition

In lak'ech Dance Academy is excited to announce our 8-wk (10hrs) Salsa & Bachata ‘Social Dance’ Series starting Sunday, Jan 30th, 2022. Beginner Friendly Training! The Bachata ‘Social Dance’ Series is for individuals who are new to Bachata and have little to no experience and/or for folks who want to refresh their Bachata Fundamentals and Technique. In this course, we will provide teachings on the origins of Bachata and its evolution, we will also explore the instruments and rhythms in Bachata. The goal of this course is to gain and improve social dancing skills, timing and partner-work. Our Salsa On-2 Beginner Training is for individuals who are new to Salsa-On-2 and have little to no experience in this dance. This course will allow for a slow-pace learning environment. Mar 20th Pricing: Bachata Series: $150-$200 Salsa Series: $150-$200 For those interested in both Bachata & Salsa Series, we offer $50 discount, for a total of = $300 Admin fee (one time payment) - $50 🌟COVID - 19 Protocol for In-Person Rehearsals🌟 ▫️All participants must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. ▫️We are requiring that all participants be fully masked during rehearsals, with n95/kn95 masks ONLY. We will have one mask to supply at first but you will be responsible to always attend training with this particular mask. ▫️The Series will be conducted in a large space with open doors. We also have four (4) huge floor fans to keep our rehearsal space ventilated and safe as possible. We look forward to training and dancing with you in a safe and supportive environment.
