THIS SATURDAY!🕺🏻⚡️ This Saturday at 7pm we will have a special Dancô class taught by 🕺🏻Ian Pacheco👈🏽, who is visiting all the way from Rio de Janeiro and is here for a limited time! His passion and ability to teach about the deeper meaning of dance is incredible! Everybody learns something!! Dancô is a partner dance about connection and creating in the moment---come on to see how we can use that to improve our dance in general! Come and bring your positive vibration! 🔥Special guest DJ "Jonathan Price"🔥 He will be playing new music for us, bringing in the Caribbean vibes with a mix of reggae, dancehall reggae, raggaeton , Calypso, salsa, soca, and afro-carribean rhythms. His weekly events are usually on North Shore so we are excited to have him in Honolulu at Sakura! $20 See you there! * * * * * * Just over ten years ago, Ian realized that he would probably dance forever. In love with dance, Ian started doing all sorts of classes, from Forró and Zouk to Classical Ballet and Jazz. Engaged in working with dance, Ian began teaching classes in Rio de Janeiro, created a dance company, choreographed and produced many events, from parties to workshops and excursions. The most important thing for Ian has always been to unite people through dance and to positively change their lives, just as happened with him. Abroad Ian has taught in Europe, USA and Canada.
