Together we remember what sustains us, honour what breaks our hearts, rediscover our place in the wider web of life, and find the courage to co-create the future we long for. Each ceremony stands on its own. Whether you're joining for the first time or continuing the journey, you are warmly welcome. As autumn gives way to winter, the world around us grows quieter. It is a season that invites reflection—not only on who we are, but also on what we belong to. What if belonging is not something we earn—but something we remember? This ceremony is an invitation to reconnect with a fuller sense of self: one that includes our ancestors, our communities, and the countless relationships that make our lives possible. Through ecstatic dance, breathwork, cacao, storytelling, meditation, and shared reflection, we explore what becomes possible when we root our identity in interconnection rather than separation. As our sense of self expands, so does our capacity to care. We begin to recognise that our well-being is inseparable from the well-being of the people, places, and living systems around us. We are reminded that belonging is not only about finding our place in the world, but about making space for ourselves within it. Whether you dance wildly, move gently, stretch, meditate, rest, or simply witness—your way of participating is welcome. 🍫 Before the Cacao Ceremony To support your experience, we recommend that you: 💧 Stay well hydrated throughout the day. 🥗 Eat lightly or finish your last meal 2–3 hours before the ceremony. ❤️ If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or take antidepressants (SSRIs/MAOIs) or other medication that may interact with cacao, please consult your doctor before participating.
