Massachusetts-based cellist, guitarist, composer and songwriter Jeremy Harman is always exploring shifting musical terrain with a continual desire to evolve as both an artist and a person. Drawing from a diverse pool of stylistic influences including classical, jazz, folk, rock, metal, electronic and free improvisation, his musical path has taken him across the globe in venues ranging from concert halls and art galleries to carnivals, street corners, bars, clubs and house concerts.
Jeremy is the cellist for the NYC-based Sirius Quartet who have performed throughout the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and South Africa, bringing their โprogressive chamber musicโ and original compositions to audiences of all ages. As a freelance cellist, Jeremy has shared the stage with an extremely wide range of artists including Quincy Jones, Bobby McFerrin, Tony Bennett, Sir Elton John, Sting, Lady Gaga, DeVotchKa, Debbie Harry, Mark Ribot, Mary J Blige, and Peter Gabriel in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, House of Blues Boston, Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, the Kodak Theatre, Walt Disney Hall, and The Newport Jazz Festival. Jeremy is the new Artistic Director of the New Directions Cello Festival.

Dave Haughey changes the way people think about the cello. His holistic approach to modern cello playing encompasses myriad genres and techniques, making him one of the most versatile young cellists in the world. He is an improviser, composer, and teacher who is always searching for new ways to expand the unique capabilities of the cello, thus trailblazing a path to a world where the instrument is known not only for is place in classical music but also as a versatile and ubiquitous tool for music making in any genre. He has performed with the Paul Winter Consort, Eugene Friesen, Zohar Fresco, Armen Ksajikian, Roman Stolyar, Andrew Bishop, Glen Velez, Loire Cotler and others across the globe from the USA, to Asia, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Dave has taught private lessons and workshops at festivals and schools around the world, including at The Berklee School of Music, The Conservatory of Tatui, the Rio International Cello Encounter in Brazil. He works as a performer, recording artist, teacher, and composer.
