By awakening our tissues and joints and expanding into our spherical awareness, we'll prepare ourselves for connection, partnering, and larger group dances. Together we'll investigate: How does subtle yield support? How can we expand with structure, grace, and responsiveness? This class invites curiosity, play, and the pleasure of moving with greater freedom and support. All levels welcome. 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗲 is a CI and Underscore dancer, teacher, and organizer. Movement and CI has been her heart hobby for over 13 yrs. She co-taught the Underscore at Spiral & Root: Earthdance 3 week professional CI training 2025 & 2026.Since 2018 she has been part of the Underscore +/- group with Nancy Stark Smith and she’s been on Earthdance leadership since 2019. She is an integrative bodyworker: Biodynamic Craniosacral and LMT Website: www.metabobbe.com _______________ MICA FAR is an Argentine composer, singer, dance,movement, music and theater performer and Radio host. Her artistic training was and is in Argentina, Spain and the United States. Has two studio albums, a live Album and several live shows, national and international. She is dedicated to the research and production of music with Argentine and Latin American roots in the encounter with other roots, urban, electronic and pop music, new sound aesthetics and other artistic disciplines. She has been an artistic collaborator for almost 10 years with Double Edge Theater (US). Has also worked and performed with La Fura Del Baus(Spain) . Has composed and performed the music for the original soundtrack of the El Recluso (The Inmate) Series broadcast by Netflix, nominated for the Emmy Awards 2019. MANU URIONA is an argentnian Musician, drummer, percussionist and producer. Focused on the study of the roots of Afro-Latin folk music. Trained in the USA, Cuba, Uruguay and Argentina. He has recorded on multiple award-winning albums by the most prominent artists.
