He specializes in the playing and teaching of the Trombone, the Drums, and the Piano and has relative proficiency in Singing, Songwriting, Music Theory, Trumpet, Euphonium, Tuba, Guitar, Bass, and Percussion. Cale most enjoys playing Jazz and Pop music, but is well-experienced in the contexts of Rock, Blues, Reggae, Latin Jazz, Salsa, Classical, Symphonic, Choral, Hip-Hop, Funk, R&B, Contemporary and Improvised music. He holds a BFA from the New England Conservatory in Jazz Performance, where he majored in the Trombone.
