Finding the time to have space.⏳ We are happy and excited to announce the 3rd edition of our Acro E-Motion Yoga Retreat. 🎶 ☯️We offer a week of self discovery, growth, presence, space, understanding, moving forward, unlocking, empowering, sharing, re-charging, manifesting, purifying, expanding, co-living, co-creating. ✨ What do we practice? ➡️ACROYOGA - STANDING ACRO - HANDSTANDS - AERIALS - YOGA - DANCING - CONTACT IMPRO - ACTING - MEDITATION - KINDNESS ⬅️ ✔️OUR INTENTION "Raise our planet's vibration through self-healing and realization, authenticity, expression, sharing, awareness, celebration of Kindness and Truth. Nourishment of Life itself, with playful, joyful and conscious creation" Sooooooo…... The daily schedule will look like this :D ✔️9am: First Activity, Warm up, Body care and different classes like Handstands, Yin Yang Yoga flows, Sunrise Dance, Contact improvisation, Acting class, Mantra singing and variations of those ✔️11:30am: Our Chef's First meal of the day, Vegan, shared and enjoyed overlooking the Ocean, with the beautiful sunshine warming up the body and soul ✔️12am-4pm: Free time (Sea, Beach, Diving, Exploring, Climbing, Jamming etc...) ✔️4pm-6:30pm: Acroyoga - Standing Acro - AcroDanceLifts- Handbalancing - Icarian pops ✔️6:30pm: Optional stretching, Massage, Jam ✔️7:30pm Second Meal of the day, Vegan, Shared and enjoyed looking at the sunset over the islands, and allowing the heart to melt and relax. ✔️9/9:30pm Evening activities can be offered: Meditations, Singing, Estatic Dance, Bonfire and ejoying life. ♻️There will also be the possibility to practice Aerial skills, like Straps, Rings, Aerial rope. And if you bring it, Aerial silks, Slackline and whatever else! ⭕Beside all the programming, we create a space of freedom and spontaneity, therefore, the schedule may vary depending on the feeling of the group, including the teachers :D In the specific we´ll do things like: - Building a balanced body (strong, flexible, skilled and pain free) - Same size Acro - Foot to hand Paradise - Blindfolded Acro - Hand to Hand connection (L-Basing and Standing) - Pops (basic and intermediate... maybe advanced ?) - Handstands (studying balance, transitions, floating/pressing) - Injury and pain prevention: build a sustainable practice - Yin Yang yoga flows - Acting classes - Emotional Management and Open communication - Removing self-imposed limitations - Overcoming Acro roadblocks or stagnation Aaaaaaaaaaaand…... 🚢- Cruise to the Aeolian islands! 🍦- Italian Ice cream! 🍕- Italian Pizza! 🕺- Performance! 🌕- Moonlight Dance and swim! 🥑🍅🥦- The Vegetarian Grill!
