AcroYoga Beginner Series Autumn 2026

Life can be quite serious sometimes. AcroYoga is one of those places where adults get to play again. We learn, move, support each other, and usually leave class with a smile on our faces. Come join us! :-) We're starting a new AcroYoga course in Copenhagen! Join a welcoming community where we explore movement, trust, creativity, and fun together. The course is beginner level and focuses on learning the technique and fundamentals of all three AcroYoga roles: base, flyer, and spotter.
