Learn to base, fly, and spot, safely and joyously. Then we move into delicious partner therapeutics, including guided Thai yoga bodywork flows. You will feel freer and lighter in body, mind, and heart as we send you empowered, smiling and blissful into the weekend! All are welcome! No partner or experience needed! About Your Instructor: Mary Aranas has practiced Yoga since 1996, taught full-time since 2002, including AcroYoga since 2008. She is a certified AcroYoga Elemental and Lunar Immersion and Festival teacher, as well as a YACEP Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master. Mary teaches in New York at Equinox and Pure Yoga, as well as corporate and private clients, and leads retreats worldwide.
