Fascinating rhythms give our tango dancing verve, flavor, and satisfaction, allowing us to match details in the music and to create our own solo moments. As a rhythm junkie who's learned to parse many of the rhythms in our rich, intricate music, I'll be happy to complicate things for you :) as you're ready. With both your steps and your embellishments, express variants of síncopa rhythm, add "double double-time" & "triple-time" movements, and emphasize "off-beat" moments. But we can also keep things simple: adding a double-time here and there can give excitement to familiar steps.
