This class is all about going deep into the technique and creativity of Zouk foundations - not just doing them, but really understanding how to use them. Then we build on that - adding head movement, layering musicality and textures, playing with timing, and creating more complex, creative variations, all while maintaining control, connection, and structure. You can know 100 cool movements and stylings… and still not be someone others want to dance with ☠️😵‍💫 🏠 You can’t build a strong house on weak foundations - and the same applies to your dancing. Without a solid base, nothing on top will feel stable or clear. With strong foundations, you can build, express, and create freely ♡♡ Please note this is not a beginners class… it’s actually the opposite! We recommend at least 9 months of Zouk experience.
