Its the best workout ever and you will have fun doing it as we sing, chant, and dance to the beat of the live drums! The real ecstatic dance comes from Mama Africa! Held in an epic space over looking the rice fields its a wonderful opportunity to experience old Bali far away from the chaos of Ubud yet 10 mins from Alchemy~ Bring your swim suit to have a dip in the pool after you have sweat your prayers and shook your Shakti!
