Sanushka and Caroline have spent years studying this genre of dance and will help you become a more versatile dancer, as well as teach you to deepen your awareness and understanding of the history, music and movements of Afro Cuban culture! __________________________ What you will learn: 1. Detailed explanations of the origin, meaning and mindset required for each style of dance 2. Understanding the instruments and musical rhythms that we dance to 3. Learn to incorporate Afro Cuban rhythms into your Salsa dancing whether that's New York, LA or Cuban. 4. Develop body Isolations and Cuban body movement 5.
