Thank You **Non-Refundable Ticket Policy** 1. **Non-Refundable Tickets:** - All tickets purchased for this dance event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. **Ticket Transfer Policy:** - In the event that an attendee is unable to attend, they have the option to transfer their ticket(s) to another person. The option to transfer applies based on the type of pass they hold (lead or follow). 3. **Transfer Process:** - Prior to transferring their ticket, the attendee must contact the event organizer to request a transfer. The organizer will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions for the transfer process. 4. **Responsibility of Attendee:** - Once the transfer is approved, it becomes the sole responsibility of the attendee to find a suitable replacement to take over their ticket(s). 5. **COVID-19 Contingency:** - In the event of COVID-related restrictions or concerns, ticket holders have the option to transfer their tickets to the following year's event. 6. **Deadline for Transfer Requests:** - All transfer requests must be submitted to the event organizer no later than 2 weeks before the event to better plan & adhere to capacity requirements 7. **Conditions for Transfer:** - The transfer must be completed before the start of the event, and the new attendee must meet any eligibility criteria specified by the event organizers. Lead Pass to a Lead or Follow Pass to a Follow etc 8. **Notification of Transfer:** - Once a transfer has been successfully completed, both the original ticket holder and the new attendee must notify the event organizer of the change. 9. **No-Show Policy:** - If an attendee fails to transfer their ticket before the event and does not attend, no further action or compensation will be provided.
