You can follow my steps or just lose yourself and allow the rhythm to take over. I focus alot on toning the legs, booty & hips.
Casual visit: $10 includes 45mins of dacnce & free alcoholic beverage afterwards.
Ladies the goal is to provide you a safe space that allows you to express yourself freely and play with the musicality of Afro Latin inspired music. We will be moving for the entire 45mins so bring water. We will also have quick 15min catch up session afterwards with complimentary glass of wine.
