Afro Salsa & Body Movement with Jennifer White & Anna Villa

We will be bringing you all the best of our technique, energy, fun and PASSION in this 3-hour salsa intensive focusing on Afro-Cuban, body movement and a LOT of flavour. With a strong background in Afro-Cuban and technique, Jen will show you how to fuse rhythms and incorporate Afro movements in your Salsa freestyle with precision and strength. Anna will bring elements of her unique style, based on expression and fluidity, helping you to develop flow in Salsa using body movement and transitions. WHEN? ✧ Sunday 7th November 12-3pm + 30 min after class discussion. 12-1.20pm – Afro and body movement techniques. 1.30 – 3pm – Afro Salsa choreography (Int/adv). Plus, we'll be hanging around after class to hang out, chat about our dance careers and help answer any questions you have about your own dance journey.
