She made her first dance steps when she was 7 years old, starting with Latin American Dances. In 2010 as an adult, she found her passion again when she attended to jazz and contemporary styles and performed in The Kielce Dance Theatre in Poland. During this time, she started to explore standard dances. In 2015 Milena came to Ireland and continued her dance adventure with a new style: kizomba. She fell in love with it and learned how to master it. A distinctive aspect about her dancing is the elegant style built on dance techniques from her dance background. Since 2017 she is also a part of the Team Dublin Touch Ireland.
