AfroPop! Charlotte, Vol.17: Holiday Edition

Another dope edition of AfroPop! is back in Charlotte ( Morehead Tavern) for the holidays to finish out 2017 Saturday, December 16! Music curated by DJ & Purcussionist The Dynamic DJ Kato (Ifeanyi Ibeto) + DJ Steel Wheel! This edition, we'll have three areas for all the festivities, including the fabulous outdoor patio! Kizomba Alegría Dance Company, Charlotte NC has a special surprise kizomba instructor/DJ David Campos gracing us with his presence upstairs (included in the price of entry!). Afrobeats, AfroHouse, Soca, Afro-Latin House, DanceHall, Afro-Trap, and so much more, paired with turntablism, live African drums and other cool ish... we DO WELCOME crowd participation!
