Hudba se tvoří na místě přímo v naladění na skupinu tanečníků. ⏳ HARMONOGRAM VEČERA: •18:10 otevřen vstup do sálu, u vstupu dostaneš nabídku očisty vykuřovadlem a namalování afrického symbolu jednoty na čelo - můžeš přijmout a nemusíš - nic není povinné •18:30 zahájení při úvodním kruhu, vyslovení individuálního záměru tance, energetická masáž šamanským bubnem spojená s rituálem napojení na předky •18:50 warm up - protažení, uvolnění, rozehřátí, naladění na taneční cestu •19:05 extatický tanec na africké bubny a perkuse - tančíš sama (sám), ve dvojici nebo ve skupině podle pocitu a souhlasu •19:40 ponor do vnitřního světa skrze tranzovní tanec - tančíš sama (sám) s šátkem nebo maskou na očích za zvuku bubnů a perkusí •20:40 zklidnění a relaxace za zvuku jemných tónů kalimby, zvonků aj. •20:55 prostor na zapsání vizí a zážitků z tance •20:55-21:30 uzavření rituálního večera závěrečnou ceremonií s bubnem, závěrečný sdílecí kruh a společná hostina pro oslavu a uzemnění (každý přinese něco dobrého, co posdílí s ostatními) 🔴 Všechny aktivity během večera jsou dobrovolné s respektem k tomu, jak je aktuálně cítíš. Můžeš v prostoru tančit, ale i jen sedět nebo ležet a nechat se rozvibrovat zvukovou lázní. Pokud chceš v taneční fázi tančit celou dobu sama (sám) i bez propojování s ostatními, můžeš, důležité je jen, aby ses účastnil(a) úvodního a závěrečného kruhu. Vše je na tobě, facilitátorka pro tebe jen drží prostor a provází tě tím, co si přeješ. 🔺 Na africké bubny Tě doprovází ⬇️: 🪘AKASSA BADJIE (Gambie 🇬🇲) - perkusista, tanečník a choreograf. Za svou dlouholetou kariéru hrál s mnoha uskupeními v ČR i Gambii, vystupoval na festivalech (např. Akce je komorní (maximálně 12 osob) a probíhá ve spolupráci dvou lektorů. Pronajímáme si na ni sál a rezervujeme si pro vás čas, proto prosím respektuj tyto podmínky: • Při zrušení účasti 7 a více dní předem vracíme 100 % částky, případně lze převést platbu na jiný workshop. • Při zrušení účasti 6 dní až 48 hodin předem vracíme 50 % částky, nebo nabízíme 100 % hodnoty jako kredit na jiný termín (platnost 6 měsíců). • Zrušení méně než 48 hodin před akcí nebo nedostavení se = účastnický poplatek propadá, jelikož v tuto chvíli už náklady na pronájem sálu a spolupráci druhého lektora vznikají v plné výši. • Pokud za sebe vyšlete jinou osobu jako náhradníka, rádi ji na workshopu uvítáme (stačí nám nahlásit jméno a e-mail). Děkujeme za pochopení a respekt k naší společné práci 🙏 ✨Na tančenou 22. září 2025✨ •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• DANCE RITUAL IN AFRICAN RHYTHM 🌍! •celebration of abundance on the autumn equinox• The evening is accompanied by A & A: • ASHA - therapist, dancer and dance facilitator (Ghana 🇬🇭/ CZ 🇨🇿) • AKASSA - drummer, dancer and choreographer (Gambia 🇬🇲) More info about the guides below. 🎶 We will celebrate the abundance that we receive in our lives and we will also touch on the theme of the equinox - the balance of light and darkness, the end of summer, harvesting the fruits of our previous activities and preparing for the change that is coming, creating new visions and projects for the next phase of the year, gratitude for the abundance that we receive from Mother Nature. 🎶 The evening is accompanied by voice, bird sounds, live playing of African drums, rattles and other instruments. The music is created on the spot, in tune with the group of dancers. You will experience music therapy and dance therapy in one. ⏳ SCHEDULE: •18:10 entrance to the hall opens, at the entrance you will receive an offer of smoke purification and painting of the African symbol of unity on your forehead - you can accept or not - nothing is obligatory •18:30 start with the introductory circle, stating the individual intention of the dance, energy massage with a shamanic drum combined with the ritual of connecting with the ancestors •18:50 stretching, relaxation, warming up, tuning into the dance journey •19:05 ecstatic dance to African drums and percussion - you dance alone, in pairs or in a group according to your feelings and agreement •19:40 immersion into the inner world through trance dance - you dance alone with a scarf or mask over your eyes to the sound of drums and percussion •20:40 calming and relaxation to the sound of the gentle tones of the kalimba, bells etc. •20:55 space to write down visions and experiences from the dance •20:55-21:30 closing ceremony with a drum, a final sharing circle and a joint feast for celebration and grounding (everyone brings food to share with others) 🔴 All activities during the evening are voluntary with respect to how you currently feel. You can dance in the space, but also just sit or lie down and let yourself be vibrated by the sound bath. If you want to dance the entire time in the dance phase alone and without connecting with others, you can. The only important thing is that you participate in the opening and closing circle. It's all up to you, the facilitator just holds the space for you and guides you through what you wish. 🔺 You will be accompanied by African drums ⬇️: 🪘AKASSA BADJIE (Gambia 🇬🇲) - percussionist, dancer and choreographer. During his long career, he has played with many groups in the Czech Republic and Gambia, performed at festivals (e.g. Colors of Ostrava) and accompanied countless dance workshops as a djembe drum soloist. 🔺 Leading the evening, introductory smoking and painting of a symbol on the forehead, warm up, energy massage with a shamanic drum, dance facilitation, encouraging dancers with voice and rattles to relax ⬇️: 🪇 ASHA LINDA COMMODORE (Ghana 🇬🇭 / Czech Republic 🇨🇿) - lecturer, mentor, holistic therapist, energy work teacher, sound healer, dancer in the music group of czech singer and showman Daniel Nekonecny in 2003-2019, founder of the projects DANCE TO INTEGRITY and AFROTANCIRNA (afro dance therapy evenings).
