Albany 1st Friday Swing Dance w Jonathan Greene & the Grand Boubousse

No partner needed * 8-10:30pm - Dance to Jonathan Greene & the Grand Boubousse Albany Elks, 25 S Allen St, Albany, NY 12208 Cost: $20 General, $15 Student, 65+ Senior, DFO Member Jonathan Greene and the Grand Boubousse features some of the top swing musicians in the region and beyond. While Jonathan has spent the better part of the last 2 years playing swing in NYC, Paris, Berlin and New Orleans, he still has strong roots in upstate NY and comes back regularly. The band for this dance will consist of Jonathan Greene on clarinet, Mark Shane on piano and vocals, Crick Difiendorf on guitar, banjo and vocals, Dylan Perrillo on bass and vocals and Nick Anderson on drums. WOOT!!! Beginners: Take the 7pm lesson in East Coast Swing. You'll be dancing with nice people within the hour! Singles and couples welcome. Both women and men, ask others to dance.
