Alex and Desiree Bachata Team Auditions

After partying it up with Alex Morel and Desiree Godsell at BIG Salsa Festival 2018, we'll be kicking off SEASON 2 of their World Wide Coed Bachata Team in SA, directed by Tetyana Dolotova with assistance from Jesus Gonzalez!!! If you're an intermediate dancer with strong foundations in bachata and lead/follow techniques who's looking to work on body movement and develop your Traditional Bachata swag while learning a FUN and energetic choreography, come see what this team has to offer :) ***ABOUT*** If you're not familiar with Alex and Desiree, here's one of the most fun-looking social dances ever: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYeWun5WST8 ***AnD WELCOME/CHOREO PREVIEW*** And here's a preview of the choreography we'll be working on: https://www.instagram.com/p/BkLnpnwBIux/ ***JOIN THE TEAM*** Auditions will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 8-10pm. We'll discuss all the team logistics and expectations, get started on some technique training, and teach you a small piece of the choreography! Solid fundamentals in bachata/dance are required, along with openness to learning, attitude for fun, and friendliness to teammates! [If you're more of a beginner, we recommend trying the SA Touch Bachata Team Open Call for our Training Team.] ***BRING/WEAR*** • There will be a $5 fee to help with studio costs and cover the initial training.
