As the name suggests, this training is for those who are keen on leveling up and upgrading with no fear 💪🏻 to put in the hard work 😓 . Here is what we have planned to cover this weekend: . — Int/Adv Foundations — Most of can be felt, can’t be seen. The feeling you get when you dance with an experience/trained dancer comes from the little things which makes a huge impact. We will have the usual suspects: weight transfer, grounding, connection, listening, etc. . In this session, we will be spending a lot of time on the body mechanics (one of my specialties). And with the tools I’ll be teaching, your dance will become more consistent, balanced, with precise timing and solid axis. . This is no walk in the park by no means, it takes years, but there are things that you can do right now that will make a great difference, and we will be doing it this Sunday! . — Flow in Head Movements — . It’s not why we love zouk, but we wouldn’t have so much fun if it wasn’t for the intricacies and limitlessness of this topic. . It all comes from the ground, so that is why in the first part of this Sunday, we will be focusing on the bottom half. . The second part we will be moving to the top half, where the magic happens. I’ll teach you how to discover and unlock possibilities that aren’t explored by conventional ‘combo workshops’. . After unlocking the doors, it’s all about finding the flow and understanding how to connect the dots to create an awesome thrill ride. . — . ✅ Safety is a big part of any of my workshops, therefore I’ll be breaking down lots of drills and exercises to ensure safety, longevity and care on and off the dance floor. . ✅ I highly encourage you to take as many notes and videos as you need to 👍🏻 I want you to get it and I know the videos and the notes will help you later 👌🏻 . See you on Sunday ❤️ Até domingo 🙏🏻 #yummy 💕 ▄▄▄▄ ALISSON ▄▄▄▄ Alisson Sandi began his dance career at the age of 15 in São Paulo, Brazil, where he was born.
