Then begins an optional “Mingle & Connect Workshop” where you can meet some of the other beings in the space and share moments of breath, eye-connection, movement and soft nervous system regulation. Arrive latest at 19:30 if you want to join the guided part. After our Opening Circle at 20:00, we will move through an ecstatic dance journey with a delicious DJ set served to you by ALBA. You are invited to bring your whole self; your softness, wildness, stillness and playfulness. The music will rise and fall, sometimes slow, sometimes wild, sometimes sensual - opening space for pleasure, presence, and everything in between. As the music fades, we shift into a quiet space for rest and integration.
