Wednesday night, Tasha Blank DJs and teaches the embodiment class! ________________________________ Alixir dance invites you to embody the power and freedom of movement—when bodies, minds and spirits gather in a fun, community-minded dance experience. EMBODIMENT CLASS From 7:00-7:30 pm, join the (optional) pre-dance embodiment class. This is a chance to warm-up, drop in, and learn new ways to navigate the dance floor while deepening your connection with others. THE ECSTATIC DANCE EXPERIENCE From 7:30-9:30 pm, challenge your body and recharge your spirit with a live DJ'd ecstatic dance. We complete the evening with a guided meditation.
