Alixir Embodiment Lab is a lightly guided dance that supports you in becoming, belonging, and beyond. We do the work to heal so that we may grow into the people we are called to be. We build a heartfelt connection to self and others so that we love and are loved. We create ecstatic experiences in order to feel a part of something more.
