It’s big enough that there are guaranteed to be spaces, and best of all – it’s free! Car park postcode for sat nav: LS24 9AT Public Transport There are regular buses to Tadcaster from Leeds and York to get you there during the day. Unfortunately, they’ll stop running well before we finish dancing at 00.30. If you’re looking for a lift to or from the venue, then feel free to post on our Facebook event to see if there are any willing chauffeurs to help out. Eating and Drinking There is no catering available on site. We'll provide hot water, tea, coffee and cake to keep you fuelled during the day. Feel free to bring your own lunch, snacks and dinner or visit one of the local shops, cafes or bars to grab a bite. Luckily, Tadcaster isn’t big, so everything is within easy reach. If all else fails, there is a Cooplands bakery and a Sainsbury’s not too far away where you can pick up some supplies. For dinner, there are a few bars and restaurants around. We’re particularly partial to the pizzas at Everything Good Goes, just a few doors down from the venue. If you’re planning to dine in Tadcaster, we’d recommend booking ahead. In the evening there will be a reasonably priced bar at the Riley Smith Hall for the evening class and dancing. PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BRING DRINKS IN THE EVENING. Accommodation If you’re travelling from farther afield and want to stay the night, you’ll find that accommodation is limited in Tadcaster. However, there is a Travelodge and Premier Inn nearby with 2/3 miles. They are filling up quickly! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HALL WILL BE CLOSED TO EVERYONE 17:00 - 19:00 ON SATURDAY, WHILE WE TAKE A BREAK AND GET READY FOR THE EVENING...
