All Languages Cafe - Salsa edition

Dear Language Lovers, What could be a better way to spend your Friday evening than meeting nice people, practising your favourite languages, and dancing Salsa? We present the Amsterdam Language Cafe - Salsa edition, where Salsa Dansschool Swing Latino Amsterdam will help us create an extra special night for all of you. Beginning: 19:00 Entrance fee: €4 The Amsterdam Language Cafe was organised for the first time 3 years ago by Koentact - Dutch Language School in Amsterdam to help their students make new international friends in Amsterdam. It hasn't lost its meaning since, what is more, it has now become an open event for all the internationally minded people in Amsterdam. ALC has a simple concept: all nationalities are welcome and you can practise all the languages you would like to. To find us, enter the Hallen on the entrance of the Tollensstraat (Bilderdijkkade) and it is immediately on your right. You will get a sticker with your name on it and your language learning experience can begin. The night will be finished at 23:15. Doors are open all evening, from 19:00 onwards. This time we have a special theme: Salsa dancing! Jorge Suarez from Swing Latino Dance School is going to host Basic Salsa workshops in the room above the Language Cafe. Of course you are not obliged to participate in them and you can also just stay downstairs in the Cafe to practise your foreign language skills. We will also ask for an entrance fee of €4 for the organisation of the event and to support our ALC Children in Slotermeer who need supplementary Dutch and English lessons in order to succeed in their studies. Please bring some coins with you for the entrance fee. For the drinks you can pay in cash or use the PIN of the Cafe. A final extra of this night is that Dutch Language School Koentact (www.koentact.nl) is going to raffle a free Dutch Language Course (value: 430 euro) and every visitor has a chance to win it.
