All level AcroYoga class and Movement Jam!!

Hi Eugene area movement friends! Jacob Brown and Alexandra Mohr are hosting an all levels AcroYoga class (5:30-6:30PM) followed by a movement jam- think contact improv, ecstatic dance, flow arts, playing music, tossing around frisbees, whatever brings you joy and inspires you to move and connect! (6:30-whenever its gets dark) at Owen Rose Garden, Eugene this Friday, 4/19 from 5:30PM to whenever it’s dark. No experience or partner necessary- we will all be learning and playing together! If you don’t feel called to join the AcroYoga class you’re still most welcome to play in the Rose Garden with us doing the movements that bring you joy! Feel free to bring flow toys, instruments etc! Suggested donation for AcroYoga class $10-$20, however, no one will be turned away for financial hardship 🤗 if you would like to see us host more Acro classes, jams and workshops in the future please support us in the ways you can by spreading the word, bringing friends and your enthusiasm and a donation that feels aligned for you! In this week’s class we be teaching some foundational AcroYoga poses!!
