✨✨We are thrilled to announce that Juls and Sirom from Innsbruck, Austria, are bringing their expertise to Brussels for an incredible Collegiate Shag workshop. ✨✨ Whether you're new to Collegiate Shag or looking to enhance your skills, this workshop promises to be a fantastic journey! 📅 SCHEDULE Friday 12/04 7:00 – 10:0pm : NEW Beginners intensive with Lies & Federico Saturday 13/04 10:30 - 13:30 : Beginner/Intermediate with Juls & Sirom 14:30 - 17:30 : intermediate/Advanced with Juls & Sirom Sunday 14/04 10:30 - 13:30 : Beginner/Intermediate with Juls & Sirom 14:30 - 17:30 : intermediate/Advanced with Juls & Sirom 👉 a 30-minute break is provided at each class on Saturday and Sunday. 👉If the Intermediate/Advanced level is not yet within your reach, you can always register for this higher level with a partner, without changing partners during this class. 👉If you take the Beginner Shag workshop on Friday and have at least 2 years of lindy hop experience, you can also register for the Beginner/Intermediate workshop on Saturday and Sunday. Without lindy hop experience, you can also register but we ask you not to change partners during this Beg/Intermediate class. 👉After the Beg/Inter workshop, you can join the weekly Shag classes on Mondays 7:30 - 8:30 from 15 April. After the Inter/Adv workshop, you can join the weekly Shag classes on Mondays 8:30 - 9:30 from 15 April. 👣 LEVELS: New Beginner: You will learn core shag steps, characterised by a relaxed upper body but crazy, kicking legs, allowing you to follow and enjoy the fastest swing tunes with minimal effort. Beginner/Intermediate: redefine and discover Join this level to refresh your Basics and discover new Footwork, Techniques and Combos. We will look into different rhythms and refine techniques in basic concepts. We aim to make your Collegiate Shag more elegant and efficient and through that give you more freedom in your social dancing! Int/Adv: explore and combine At this level, we will dive into higher tempos and complex moves. We will work on your sharpness in leading and following and help you to become more efficient with fast music.
