Gay or straight Christian or Jew Duality wars meant to confuse But it's really quite simple Don't get caught in the trap Beyond the illusion, is Love, and we ALL simply that. It's time to get real And live the truth of who we are One in the same, in a world still at war. Should the barrel of a gun look us in the eye How will we reason Time spent in denial. We can't pretend our pain away Trust me, I've tried It doesn't work that way. So please listen When we say Love is the only way. And it begins By going within Healing the wounds that cause division.
