The Days of the Dead Sunday, November 2nd 1st Dance Wave 8:30-10:30am / 8:30 Warm-up / 9am Opening Circle 2nd Dance Wave 10:30-12:30pm / 10:30 Warm-up / 11am Opening Circle Facilitator & DJ: Sara Bensman Intention As the days grow colder, the shadows grow longer and the dark nights lengthen, our attention tends to move toward our internal space. Throughout history and across the globe, people have responded to the turning inward by reacquainting themselves with death. Dia de los Muertos, Samhain, Allhallowtide, and Halloween, each express this impulse with its own distinct flavor. This Sunday, we will dance our unique AMCollective fusion of the season's death days and invite our loved ones that have crossed over to join us on the dance floor.
