You are invited into a dance of breath, rhythm, and the quiet magic of letting go. Together, we’ll loosen what is heavy, move with the wisdom of the body, and let the dance carry us into the light. In the morning’s quiet, before breath becomes movement, a feather falls from the soft wing of dawn. The birds begin their first bright song, while the owl tenderly keeps the secrets of last night’s dreams. We rise with open hearts, listening with the body until rhythm becomes a current and we are featherlight. About the DJ Jeannie is a mixed media artist, experience designer & movement medicine evangelist. She curates soulful journeys that invite emotional release & authentic connection. An AMC facilitator since 2023, she’s here to hold space with intention, care, and a loving heart.
