Amigos del Tango ry:n syyskokous General meeting

(English version below) Kaikki Amigos del Tangon jäsenet ovat tervetulleita syyskokoukseen tiistaina 29. joulukuuta kello 19. Käsiteltävänä on mm. puheenjohtajan ja hallituksen valinta kaudelle 2020-2021. Kokous pidetään kokonaan etäkokouksena, kokouskutsu ja linkki osallistumista varten lähetetään sähköpostitse (tarkistathan kaikki kansiot jos et ole saanut kirjettä). Hyvät AdT:n jäsenet, Tämä vuosi on ollut poikkeuksellinen monella tavalla. Tangotapahtumia on ollut vähän, ja pandemia on rajoittanut tanssimahdollisuuksia Helsingissä vielä enemmän kuin muualla Suomessa. Olemme kuitenkin toiveikkaita tulevaisuuden suhteen, ja uskomme tilanteen paranevan ensi vuonna. Juuri siksi olisikin erittäin tärkeää saada mahdollisimman paljon jäseniä mukaan syyskokoukseen kertomaan mietteitään ja valitsemaan uusia aktiivisia pyörittämään toimintaa - yhdistys on yhtä kuin sen jäsenet. Tule mukaan! Nyt se on helpompaa kuin koskaan, sillä voit osallistua kokoukseen vaikka omalta sohvaltasi. Amigos del Tangon hallitus --- All members of Amigos del Tango are welcome to the annual general meeting on Tuesday 29 December. At this meeting we will decide on our yearly plan and elect the board for 2020-2021 among other things. The meeting will be held online. The link and the notice of meeting will be sent by email (make sure to check all folders if you have not received it). Dear members of AdT, This year has been exceptional in many ways. There have been few tango events and the pandemic has limited our chances to dance in Helsinki even more than in other parts of Finland. We are optimistic about the future, however, and we believe the situation will improve next year. That is why it is important that as many members as possible take part in the meeting, share their thoughts and help elect the new board - the association is its members, after all. Join us!
