Amour de Agapé Auditions

Agapé Dance Company is excited to announce that we will be holding our 2nd auditions for our Amateur competition team, Amour de Agapé as well as a non-competition training team. Although we will only be hosting one audition, attendees will have the opportunity to pick whether they want to audition for our competition team OR audition for our training team. Both will receive the same training BUT our competition team members will learn both a Bachata AND a Salsa routine which will both be competed at the World Latin Dance Cup, World Salsa Summit and a few other competitions throughout the year, where our training team will only be learning a bachata routine to be performed at socials/festivals/congresses. Both will be co-ed teams which focus on general dance technique, lead and follow technique, spinning technique, connection, stage presence and all performance aspects. Previous dance experience is required for those interested in auditioning for the competition team! We ask that only those who consider themselves at a high intermediate to advanced level choose to audition for the competition team. Please come in comfortable (athletic) clothes and dance shoes (dance heels for ladies). Bring plenty of water as you are definitely in for a work out. Please be on time and come ready to work.
