Join us for this wholesome experience, a journey encompassing sound, dance, and exploration of the self. To start this voyage, Liana will be guiding us through a cacao ceremony, the sacred cacao drink concocted that very morning. Mushina will be accompanying us through this sequence with healing and energizing sounds. Focus on your breath as you enter this whelm of discovery and acceptance, slowly being introduced to the emotional and physiological benefits of cacao, and the relieving sounds of Mushina. Then, DJ T. will take us on a 2 hours Ecstatic journey in which you will finally have the liberty to dance as you wish. Our Ecstatic Dance workshop is a safe space in which we invite individuals to let loose and explore movement in their own individualistic way. We do not sell alcohol and we suggest participants to not engage in conversation during the session, as this counteracts with the purpose and mission of this class. Feel free to rest at any time, and freshen up with our juices and snacks. Due to current circumstances, we kindly ask you to be mindful of social distancing and keep to yourself when dancing. The location will be emailed to you on the day. About DJ T.. In today’s electronic music world, there are not many artists who can lay claim to a legacy like that of DJ T. From spending his youth collecting Disco, Funk, Soul, early Hip-Hop and Electro, to this day, still collecting, still full of energy and inspiration. DJ T. has notched up a seriously impressive list of achievements during his illustrious career, which spans over three decades. In the last few years, he has produced four albums, curated numerous compilations, produced a long list of EPs and remixes and toured the globe several times over. He has also been a key member of the collective who launched Get Physical Music, the brains behind Groove Magazine - Europe’s premier electronic music publication - and single-handedly launched Frankfurt’s only House club in the first half of the naughties, the Monza Club DJ T., a master DJ with 30 years of experience in playing Electronic Music all over the globe, has transformed his art in the past 5 years to the field of conscious dance where he is injecting a transformational and healing aspect in movement experiences of a different kind. With his very special selection of music he takes the dancers on a rollercoaster of emotions.
