Anna Vanosi Quintet

We're looking forward to the Anna Vanosi Quintet returning to the Edinburgh Jazz 'n Jive Club! The Jazz and folk vocalist (and actor) Anna Vanosi, originally from Italy, has been performing in Edinburgh for many years now. Hence, we're so thrilled to have her band, as a quintet, at our Club to play a variety of danceable Jazz tunes- both slow and fast. Anna's quintet also includes this Friday David Patrick on piano, Stephen Jack on double bass, Dick Lee on reeds and Jim Drummond on drums. The Edinburgh Jazz 'n Jive Club offers on Fridays live Jazz music in a relaxed club house atmosphere, with a bar and an excellent, wooden dance floor. The music is generally suitable for dancing Foxtrot and Swing (Lindy Hop, Shag, Balboa). Come along to listen to superb Jazz and to dance the evening away! No need to book in advance, just come along! The entry fee is £12 for non-members and £10 for members. Entry is free for accompanying carers and accompanied children. The fee can be paid at the door by card and cash. The main entrance is from Bangholm Terrace, with step-free access from Warriston Gardens corner Inverleith Row.
